We believe in quality, value, service and unique products. Hopefully you have found all of these things at Last Wave Originals. We sincerely appreciate the chance to earn your business. We hope by putting together an interesting collection of not only quality products, but products with a story behind them, we have created a site that will be of interest to you and keep you coming back.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take a moment when your order arrives to make sure the size, color, quality, etc. is to your liking. If for *any* reason you're not happy with the product(s) you have purchased, you may return it in unused condition for a full refund, exchange or credit toward another item--no questions asked. When returning an item, please include the invoice (we suggest you keep a copy for your records) and indicate on it the reason for the return and we'll handle it promptly.
Last Wave Originals is committed to providing quality goods. Since our products come from a variety of vendors, there may be slight differences in size and fit. We will do our best to accurately detail each item in the individual product descriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply send it back to us via the least expensive shipping method. We will either refund you the full amount of your purchase plus the return shipping, or you can exchange it for other product(s) of comparable price. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you.
We strive to sell only quality items and your satisfaction is important to us. However, we don't control the production of many of the items we sell--we rely on our vendors. Of course, we will not carry anything cheap or of poor quality, and we do our best to accurately reflect each item with the product descriptions and photos included in our store. If any item you purchase from Last Wave Originals fails to withstand reasonable wear, we ask that you return it to us for inspection. We will then determine if replacement or credit is appropriate and if not, we will return the item to you. We will notify you via email of our determination.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation when your order is accepted by our shopping cart as well as a shipment notification email the day the order leaves our warehouse.

It is our intent to have long-term relationships and not just one-time customers. If you feel that you have in some way been poorly served, please let us know and we will try to make it right. Also, if there is an item that is of interest to you that we don't carry, by all means let us know. We'll be happy to look into sourcing it for you.
